One of the speakers is toast. The other needs a re-cone done. The woofers have a paper cone and it got brittle. And the one that is blown, it blew out at its last show... :)

when they recone it they usually replace voice coil and all, so both could be re-done. Sounds like the cones got rotten, they do that when they get old

Yeah they have been workers! Sounds great till the day they died! I will look into re-coning them.
