Turbosound Warranty
« on: December 26, 2012, 11:37:35 AM »

Anybody having trouble with Turbosound warranty issues sense the new owner took over?
They seem to be MIA.
I've sent multiple emails and no action.
The dealer and distributer tell me they're no longer associated with Turbo sense the new owners took over.

Give them time.......

And that's "since", not "sense"......

Can't speak to warranty repairs, but I've been told parts coming direct from Turbo at the moment.

here's a contact that may help.
Elaine Paterson <[email protected]>.

good luck.

Any idea if this would be of any help to those of us up north?

Here is the latest update on my problem.

All warranty work is being handled by Music Group out of Nevada.
They can be reached at 702-800-8290.

I've been told I'll be contacted Monday.

Jim is correct.  Turbo distribution and support channels are now "officially" open in the U.S.  I am not sure it would be fair to say they are "up and running", but they are "open".  I talked to the folks in parts last week.  They have received the first large shipment of parts from the UK but had not had a chance to open crates and inventory exactly what they have in hand.  It should be very soon now, and things will be back on track and hopefully better than ever.  I am a little impatient as I need a couple of parts myself.  Soon.  Very soon.

I received a nice email from Chris Kmiec from Turbosound.
He tells me that the replacement speaker will be shipped from Turbosound (England) and will be sent directly to my address.

Great news to me!
Thanks Turbosound.
