Wil the method in my attachment provide a nominal 4 ohm load for bridging?  Thx!

No. You have two sets of 8Ω speakers wired in parallel, which makes each set have an impedance of 4Ω. You then have the two 4Ω loads wired in series to make them 8Ω. You are better off not bridging and having a 4Ω load on each channel.

Thanks Mac!  I suspected that was the case.  The difference will be 900 wpch to each vs. 1250.  Probably not enough diff to worry about.
