I remember one New Years Eve gig that had 4 bands.  THREE of the bands bass amps blew up. 

One REALLY DRAMATIC! It was an old Tube Traynor-and there was TONS of smoke pouring out of it-I didn't need my fogger :).  Not as dramatic as the flames in the video-but it was still working-for a couple of minutes!

Each band kept borrowing the next bands bass amp.  The headliners bass player was worried the whole set.
