I have a BSS FDS-388 which will occasionally malfunction. All the gains will indicate they are maxing out and clipping all at once. Then I believe they indicate normal input and output signal but they don't output any signal to the amps. It shows a pop up on the screen indicating a "power failure, check fuses"

Looking on the web it seems to be a common problem, but I've seen no solutions.
Anyone know how to fix this bug?
