If it is, he is using a different name in one place or the other. Nimrod Webber is a member here who designed the balanced tilter.

Still a cool bike though. Reminds me a Swede that I heard talk years ago. He was building mobile bridge "kits" made from recycled drill pipe. The idea was, after a flood washes a bridge away you could helicopter these bridges into the needed areas and have the locals build it on site. They required no training or special tools to build. Then people were able to cross dangerous, fast flowing waters to reach safety.
