These are fantastic amps from the classic Pro 01 series, with tons of punch.
I'd keep them if they were useful to me -- they sound great. But my business has changed to needing light weight and light on the power, so I'm replacing them with newer things that aren't as good in order to achieve that. My loss is your gain!
