Interpretation of CEA 426 b specs?
« on: July 24, 2012, 11:41:04 PM »

I tried reading about it and couldn't figure out how to convert 80W at CEA standard to normal continuous and peak power figures, help...

The drivers are Eminence PSD-2002 -16.

I understand that 80W at this standard is the recommended amp power for these units but is it continuous amp power or peak? I did read that the standard specifies a long enough break in/conditioning of the speaker before the actual testing is done, other then that I'm just guessing.
