QSC HPR 152i

OK i have a pretty good question.

As you all know QSC uses Celestion Drivers in there cabinets.

The other night one of my woofers in my QSC HPR 152i ceased up
the driver in the cab is  a CELESTION,FTR-3070C-T5452_GPE

now I have an extra CELESTION,FTR-3070E,T5468_GPE laying around

the Ohms the 3070C is an 8 ohm driver.

The 3070E SAYS ON the driver that it is a 4 ohm.
But when i go through the manuals for it it says its an 8ohm driver.

woofers are Identical in appearance.

will it hurt to drop the 3070E driver into my 152i 2 way cabinet?

the 3070E driver is out of a HPR 151i.



Please give me some input. As you can see i'm a bit of an amateur compared to some of you.

If you can get a DC resistance off the seized driver, and it matches the other driver you have, then go for it. Otherwise, get the right one.
