I have a VL3500 that no matter how many times I replace it with a new one it will not open the shutter the lamp is on and it's moving but I'm not getting any light..... Is this a console issue or a light issue....... Also sometimes the console stops sending dmx, and I have to restart it then it will work. Anyone have any insight?

My guess is console issue.
