Hi everyone,

I have just released an android app called AV Tools, it contains a collection of useful tools, calculators and pin-outs.

I used to have one of these types of apps for my iphone, however when I moved to Android, this kind of app didn't make the switch... Until now...

Obviously most of it is simple calculations but sure is nice to have it all handy in one place.

Just a couple suggestions that you may want to add.  Voltage to dBu calculator would be handy as all get out!  Also a calculator that shows the coversion of AWG to mm^2  and your voltage drop calculator would be a little handier with common AWG choices instead of metric choices.

Anyways, thanks for the cool little app and hoppefully I have talked you into a small little update.

I have just uploaded version 1.0.2 which now features:
dBu / dBV to voltage converter,
option to use AWG in the voltage drop calculator (enabled in settings),
some reworked code to increase performance and reduce size.

If any one has any more suggestions for tools let me know.

Also it has been suggested I should add a few more connectors to the pin-outs section, any one got any ideas?

Dan is the MAN!  I recommended a couple changes for an update and it is done!  WOW, what great service.  Thanks Dan!!!!  Now if we could get the rest of the world to listen to some suggestions.

I wish it didn't have the adds. I'd pay a few buck to not have to have Facebook Flirting show up while I'm trying to rewire a DMX cable in front of people that work for me.
